Wow, this business rocks! Woke up to no water pressure. I'm on a well in Ponte Vedra. Called Gator. They worked their schedule to fit me in and were at the house within 3 hours!! Turned out it was a simple pressure switch. Quick repair with honest, professional service. Highly recommend!

They were professional on time and helpful

I unfortunately called another company who took advantage of my lack of knowledge before I called Gator. My mistake cost me $700 to a company that failed to fix the issue. I called Gator/Flamingo and not only did they have a rapid response, but they showed me what the issue was, what caused it and then resolved it for me. I highly recommend them due to their integrity, knowledge and professionalism!

I would like to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with Gator Well & Septic.
The Owners had such care and compassion for my situation (an old/barely functioning septic tank and a drain field that was completely damaged, due to the roots from a huge oak tree in my backyard. Scott & Jason are the BEST! They aren't in the business just to make money and for profit, they are in the business to HELP and provide exceptional service to ALL their customers. I truly appreciate Gator Well & Septic for the wonderful job that they did for me, I will be recommending this company to anyone that is in the need of Well or Septic work. I had my septic tank cleaned using this company. They were very professional and efficient.

I made the appointment over the phone with Stephanie to have my septic pumped. She was so helpful setting my appointment and explained everything. The driver called as promised as to what time he would be at my house. I definitely will refer this company and use them again when needed!

We were on a short deadline and they fit us in! They were on time, professional and very educated! This was my buyers first time with a septic system and they made them feel at ease and answered all their questions without being annoyed!!

I will say excellent customer service from office staff and the driver who show up on time big plus. The helper not so much wasn't very knowledgeable about what he was doing he end up chopping up my grass it is a mess. I did try calling in to report it but was place on hold for a few minutes so I hung up.Update owners reach out within a hour after the post last week and handle the situation thanks so much. Now you can have 5 stars. Job well done .

We brought a home and called flamingo septic to pump our septic tank but they couldn't locate the septic tank and wanted 500.00 to locate the septic tank but we called gator septic the found and pumped it for the one low price for the pumping thanks so much

The initial interaction has been very good. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I quickly received an on-sight evaluation and immediate proposal including firm cost. Plus, I can get the job scheduled in a timely manner rather than 6 weeks out.
